WD-40 Company (WDFC) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.02 per share Friday, maintaining its previous payout and setting the next payment for Oct. 30.

Shareholders must be on record by Oct. 19 to receive the dividend. The same date is the stock’s ex-dividend date.

The unchanged distribution carries a forward yield of 2.0%.
