Cmb.Tech NV declared a $0.64 interim dividend Oct. 9, with payment scheduled for Oct. 22 and the record and ex-dividend dates set for Oct. 16.

Shareholders recorded by Oct. 16 will receive the distribution. Shares will trade without the upcoming dividend on the same date.

The company will make the payment Oct. 22.
