Service Properties Trust declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, keeping its payout unchanged for the ninth consecutive quarter.
The real estate investment trust will distribute the dividend Nov. 12 to shareholders of record Oct. 19. Shares will also trade ex-dividend on Oct. 19.
The payment carries a forward yield of 3.22%.
