Industrial Logistics Properties Trust declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share on Oct. 9, keeping its payout unchanged for a second straight quarter.

The dividend is scheduled for payment Nov. 12 to shareholders who are on record Oct. 19. Shares will also trade ex-dividend on Oct. 19.

The distribution carries a forward yield of 5.56%.
