Northland Capital Markets downgraded Astera Labs (ALAB) and Semtech (SMTC) as the companies approached upcoming earnings, citing a weaker risk-reward balance in AI semiconductor companies.
Northland said it was not confident upcoming earnings would be strong enough to lift AI semiconductor companies.
