Binance Coin (BNB) traded at $748.42 on Oct. 10, up 0.78% over 24 hours, as short-term indicators remained below the token while derivatives positioning stayed net long.

BNB moved between $736.65 and $751.27. A separate price reading placed the token at $748.16 at 1:35 a.m. ET (05:35 UTC), reflecting different measurement times.

The token traded below its seven-day simple moving average of $765.80, 20-day average of $772.04, 12-period exponential moving average of $762.84 and 26-period exponential moving average of $757.70. BNB remained above its 50-day average of $740.83 and 200-day average of $642.14.

The lower Bollinger Band was $739.90, compared with a 24-hour low of $736.65. The upper band was $804.19. The 14-period relative strength index stood at 47.04, while the moving average convergence-divergence line and signal line were both 5.1455, leaving the histogram at 0.0000.

Technical levels identified immediate resistance at $754.24, stronger resistance at $760.07 and strong support at $730.83.

Derivatives positioning remained tilted long at 3 a.m. ET (07:00 UTC). The global long-short account ratio was 2.22, with 69.0% of tracked accounts long and 31.1% short. Top traders were 68.6% long and 31.4% short, producing a 2.19 ratio.

The latest eight-hour funding rate was 0.0000%. Open interest stood at 561,445 contracts, with a notional value of about $411.8 million, down 0.76% over 24 hours.

Short-term taker flow was sell-heavy during the one-hour period ending around 3 a.m. ET (07:00 UTC). Sell volume reached 8,436 against buy volume of 4,176, producing a taker buy-sell ratio of 0.4950. The single-hour imbalance does not establish a sustained trend.

One bearish three-day chart scenario identified a broadening wedge and placed a key Fibonacci level at $734.37. Yashu Gola wrote that BNB “could decline another 25% toward $540 in the coming weeks.” The $540 level is a conditional technical projection, not a confirmed price outcome.

A separate October 2026 scenario projected a month-end level near $815 within a $755-to-$840 range and said the view would be invalidated below $755. The bullish scenario calls for a recovery above $755, followed by a move through the $757.70-to-$772.04 moving-average cluster and eventually toward $800.

The latest setup extends the mixed picture described in an earlier price snapshot, which placed BNB at $778.26 on Oct. 3. BNB remained above its 50-day and 200-day averages while facing heavier short-term selling pressure.
