Grayscale’s Mini Ether ETF Records $103.3 Million in Net Purchases
The fund’s 20-day net purchases exceeded ETHE’s $71.6 million in outflows, leaving Grayscale’s two Ether products with a combined $31.7 million net purchase.

Grayscale’s mini Ether fund recorded $103.3 million in net purchases over 20 days, offsetting $71.6 million in outflows from the firm’s older ETHE product and producing a combined net purchase of about $31.7 million.
The figures were widely viewed as reflecting an internal rotation from ETHE into the mini fund. Across both products, Grayscale customers recorded about $31.7 million in net purchases of Ether (ETH) during the period.
The movement came as U.S. spot Ether exchange-traded funds extended a seven-session run of net outflows. The group lost $160.9 million on Oct. 7, with ETHE accounting for $25.8 million of that day’s withdrawals.
The latest outflow followed $201.9 million in withdrawals on Oct. 6, $50.8 million on Oct. 5, $37.4 million on Oct. 2 and $55.4 million on Oct. 1. U.S. spot Ether ETFs’ latest outflow streak has brought sustained attention to flows across the market’s U.S.-listed products.
ETF net outflows occur when redemptions exceed new creations during a trading session. The figures show withdrawals from the products but do not establish that ETF activity directly caused changes in Ether’s price.
