Solana network growth jumped 124% since early September as wallet creation and daily activity increased across the blockchain.

About 1.71 million new wallets are created on Solana each day during the period. Daily active addresses rose 58%, while roughly 4.27 million unique wallets now interact with the network daily.

Payments are also part of Solana’s expanding use cases. Samsung plans to enable USDC transfers through Samsung Wallet across 82 million Galaxy devices in the United States, with the service expected to begin during the last week of October 2026.

The service will run on Solana infrastructure behind the scenes, with support from Sui. Coinbase and Bastion will handle custody and related systems.

Users will be able to send USDC to external wallets without a fee from Samsung. They will also be able to transfer funds to bank accounts in more than 60 countries for local-currency payouts.
