Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH) and three other U.S.-listed crypto fund categories recorded $1.2863 billion in combined net outflows across the five trading sessions from Oct. 5-9, 2026, reversing recent inflow streaks for Bitcoin and Solana products.

Bitcoin funds posted $678.9 million in net withdrawals during the period, while Ether funds recorded $542.2 million. Together, the two categories accounted for $1.2211 billion, or approximately 95%, of the total.

Bitcoin funds ended a three-week streak of weekly inflows. Ether funds recorded net outflows in each of the five sessions, with withdrawals of $50.8 million on Oct. 5, $201.9 million on Oct. 6, $160.9 million on Oct. 7, $72.5 million on Oct. 8 and $56.1 million on Oct. 9.

Solana (SOL) funds recorded $25 million in net outflows across five consecutive negative sessions, ending a 14-week inflow streak. Zcash (ZEC) funds posted $30.8 million in withdrawals, while Hyperliquid (HYPE) funds recorded $9.4 million in outflows.

The figures cover net creations and redemptions across Bitcoin, Ether, Solana, Zcash and Hyperliquid funds. They represent five U.S. market sessions rather than a calendar-week total, and negative figures indicate that redemptions exceeded new creations.

The period also included a one-for-three reverse split of BlackRock’s iShares Ethereum Trust ETF, which took effect at the Oct. 6 market open. The action changed the fund’s share count and per-share net asset value proportionally without changing the total value of shareholders’ investments or the trust’s aggregate assets.
