ARK Invest’s actively managed exchange-traded funds reduced several equity and crypto-related holdings on Oct. 9, 2026, while adding selected technology stocks elsewhere in their portfolios.

The ARK Fintech Innovation ETF (ARKF) sold 350,270 shares of the ARK 21Shares Bitcoin (BTC) ETF (ARKB), equal to 1.07% of ARKF’s portfolio. ARKF held spot-Bitcoin exposure through ARKB, and the sale reduced that position.

The ARK Next Generation Internet ETF (ARKW) sold 22,276 SpaceX shares. The ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK) sold 19,098 Robinhood Markets (HOOD) shares, 12,237 Shopify shares and 5,994 Alphabet shares.

ARK also sold 397,016 DraftKings shares through ARKF and ARKW. In purchases, the ARK Autonomous Technology & Robotics ETF (ARKQ) bought 12,592 Symbotic shares and 57,540 Kodiak AI shares.

The transactions do not establish a change in ARK’s Bitcoin outlook. Robinhood offers cryptocurrency services, but selling HOOD shares alone does not show that ARK changed its view of Bitcoin. SpaceX shares are also not a direct Bitcoin proxy.

ARK did not disclose the rationale, execution prices, transaction times or dollar proceeds for the Oct. 9 trades. The relevant date is known, but no exact execution time was provided in the trade file, so there is no specific ET or UTC timestamp for the transactions.

ARK publishes daily trade notifications for its actively managed ETFs, including ARKK, ARKF and ARKW. The records can exclude some transactions and may be updated later. ARK describes them as informational, unofficial and unreconciled records rather than complete official accounting records.

The latest activity follows an earlier disclosure involving SpaceX and other holdings. That earlier filing covered Oct. 8 transactions, including sales of SpaceX and Advanced Micro Devices shares and a purchase of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions shares. The Oct. 9 filing does not state that the transactions reflect a broader change in investment strategy.
