Ether (ETH) short liquidations reached $12.17 million in the hour ending at 11:58 a.m. ET (15:58 UTC) on Oct. 11, as the token’s price rose 1.10% to $2,536 from $2,508.
Total Ether liquidations reached $12.28 million during the period. Short positions accounted for $12.17 million, while long-position liquidations totaled $110,000.
The figures are TokenPost’s own tally of publicly available liquidation data collected from Binance, Bybit and OKX. The calculation covers those three exchanges and is not a marketwide total.
Ether ranked as the second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization in the reporting period.
