A newly created wallet opened a 3x leveraged long position tied to 24.42 million Starknet (STRK) tokens on Hyperliquid, showing an estimated $1.05 million unrealized gain by Oct. 11.

The position was opened Oct. 10 and valued at about $2.9 million. Because it is a leveraged perpetual-futures trade, the reported profit was a mark-to-market estimate and could change or disappear before the position is closed.

The wallet address associated with the trade is 0x2f595acaf1e762a16407e295e9ed6cdc162dd982. The position had not been confirmed as closed, so the gain had not become realized proceeds.

STRK rose amid discussion of a possible transition of Starknet from an Ethereum Layer 2 network to an independent Layer 1. The transition has not been confirmed.

Starknet uses STARK proofs to scale Ethereum. StarkWare’s June 2026 roadmap said some post-quantum upgrades could be handled within Starknet, while bridge messaging and data availability remained linked to Ethereum’s migration timeline.

The trade’s final profit will depend on whether the position remains open and how the market value of STRK changes before closure.
