Ethena’s ENA Posts $17.7 Million Hourly Realized-Profit Spike
Transactions worth at least $100,000 have risen in recent weeks, but the data do not show whether the activity reflects selling, accumulation or wallet transfers.

Ethena (ENA) recorded $17.7 million in realized profits within one hour, marking its largest hourly spike of 2026 and highlighting a sharp increase in activity around the token.
“Ethena just saw $17.7M in realized profits within a single hour, the largest spike of 2026,” Santiment Intelligence said.
Realized profits measure gains recognized when tokens are moved or sold above their acquisition costs. The metric can show that profitable holders are locking in gains, but it does not identify whether the underlying transactions were sales, purchases or transfers between wallets.
Transactions valued at $100,000 or more have also risen steadily in recent weeks. That increase points to heavier activity among large holders, although transaction size alone does not establish the direction of the flows.
Large realized-profit spikes can create short-term selling pressure and may precede consolidation or further declines. Large-holder activity can also amplify volatility in either direction.
The available data do not confirm that ENA has broken out or that a market bottom is in place. They instead show a surge in realized profits alongside increased activity in larger transactions.
