AST SpaceMobile Gains After Deutsche Bank Raises Stock Rating to Buy

The bank reversed its Neutral rating, saying the perceived threat from SpaceX’s spectrum position was misguided.

AST SpaceMobile (ASTS) gained before Monday's U.S. session after Deutsche Bank raised its rating to Buy, citing a reassessment of the company's valuation and the perceived risk from SpaceX's spectrum position.

Deutsche Bank also said the perceived threat from SpaceX’s spectrum position was misguided. Bryan Kraft made the earlier downgrade to Neutral in May.

The move came at 7:25 a.m. ET (11:25 UTC) on Oct. 12, before regular U.S. trading began.
