Ether (ETH) liquidations totaled $12.96 million in the hour through 8:39 a.m. ET (12:39 p.m. UTC) on Oct. 12, with long positions accounting for nearly the entire amount as the cryptocurrency declined.
Long liquidations reached $12.95 million, while short liquidations totaled $10,000. Ether fell from $2,545 to $2,528 during the same period, a decrease of 0.68%.
The figures reflect TokenPost’s direct collection and aggregation of publicly available liquidation data from Binance, Bybit and OKX. They cover those three exchanges only and do not represent total liquidations across the broader market.
