Binance Futures’ BABAUSDT perpetual contract traded below its daily pivot and 50-day moving average on Oct. 12 as the derivative tracked Alibaba Group Holding’s New York Stock Exchange-listed ADR.

At 6 a.m. ET (10:00 UTC) on Oct. 12, 2026, the contract stood at $110.35, down 0.71% over 24 hours. It traded between $110.09 and $112.57, with volume of $8.50 million.

The contract was below its $111.00 daily pivot, its $111.76 50-day simple moving average and immediate resistance at $111.92. Immediate support was $109.44, followed by stronger support at $108.52.

A move above $111.92 would put $112.91 and $113.48 among the next technical levels. A decline below $109.44 would bring $108.52 into focus. These are conditional technical markers for the derivative and are separate from price targets assigned to Alibaba’s underlying equity.

Alibaba’s NYSE-listed ADR price targets ranged from $178 to $193 in analyst changes issued between Oct. 8 and Oct. 9, 2026. Those targets apply to the equity rather than directly to BABAUSDT, which trades on a different venue with separate liquidity and trading hours.

Binance launched BABAUSDT on April 20, 2026, at 13:50 UTC. The contract tracks Alibaba’s ADR, offers leverage of up to 10x and trades around the clock.

Open interest stood at 191,611 contracts, or $21.45 million in notional value, down 2.02% over 24 hours. The eight-hour funding rate was 0.0000% at the same observation time.
