Oscar Health led the latest ranking of financial stocks after the S&P 500 Financials sector fell 0.39% in the third quarter, underperforming the broader S&P 500’s 2.04% gain.

The ranking placed Oscar Health first, followed by B3 S.A., XP, Sezzle and Victory Capital. The companies span insurance, financial services, trading and payments businesses.

The five lowest-ranked stocks included PennyMac Financial Services, Lemonade, Klarna Group, Shift4 Payments and Houlihan Lokey. PennyMac Financial Services was among the bottom five but was not identified as the lowest-ranked stock.

The financial sector’s October outlook includes potential growth in lending and investment income, continued digitalization, earnings growth, dividend strength, increased capital-markets activity and attractive valuations.

The rankings add to attention on financial stocks as investors assess earnings expectations ahead of the third-quarter 2026 reporting season, including financial-sector stocks carrying A+ EPS Revision Quant Grades.
