Cardano Active Addresses Reach 1.7 Times September Weekday Average
Daily active addresses reached about 27,500 on Oct. 7 and 27,200 on Oct. 8, below Cardano’s late-August peak.

Cardano (ADA) recorded stronger daily active-address readings on Oct. 7 and Oct. 8, reaching about 1.7 times the average weekday level recorded in September and renewing attention on the price structure that preceded ADA’s 2020 rally.
Daily active addresses reached about 27,500 on Oct. 7 and 27,200 on Oct. 8. The readings remained below Cardano’s late-August peak but represented a recovery from more recent levels.
The activity data has drawn attention to the price structure that preceded ADA’s 2020 rally.
The comparison with 2020 concerns the structure that preceded Cardano’s earlier price rally. It describes a market analysis rather than a completed move, and the address figures measure network participation rather than a guaranteed change in token price.
The latest readings extend the data set examined in earlier coverage of Cardano’s active addresses, which detailed stronger network participation around the CIP-0113 launch while ADA moved lower during the same period.
Active addresses count distinct addresses participating in network activity over a given period. They differ from funding rates and open interest, which track positioning in perpetual futures markets.
The figures therefore provide separate views of Cardano’s network use and derivatives positioning. Higher address activity alone does not establish that ADA’s price will recover.
