CBRE Global Real Estate Income Fund Declares $0.18 Monthly Dividend

The fund set payment dates for Oct. 30, Nov. 30 and Dec. 31, with a forward yield of 19.13%.

CBRE Global Real Estate Income Fund (IGR) declared a monthly dividend of $0.18 per share, with payments scheduled through December and a forward yield of 19.13%.

The first payment is scheduled for Oct. 30. Shareholders must be on record Oct. 20, which is also the fund’s ex-dividend date.

The fund set Nov. 30 as the next payment date, with Nov. 20 serving as both the record date and ex-dividend date.

The Dec. 31 payment will go to shareholders of record Dec. 21. That date is also the ex-dividend date.
