Barings Participation Investors (MPV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.37 per share on Oct. 12, keeping the payout unchanged from its previous distribution.

The payment is scheduled for Nov. 13. Shareholders must be on record by Nov. 2 to receive the dividend, and the same date serves as the stock’s ex-dividend date.

The dividend carries a forward yield of 8.59%.
