abrdn Global Premier Properties Fund declared a monthly dividend of $0.11 per share on Oct. 12, with a 13.02% forward yield attached to the distribution.

The fund will pay shareholders on Oct. 30. Investors must be on the fund’s books by Oct. 23 to qualify for the payment.

Oct. 23 will also serve as the ex-dividend date, meaning shares purchased on or after that date will not receive this distribution.
