USDsui Circulation Reaches $80 Million as Sui Expands Ecosystem
The stablecoin’s supply rose 8.02% over 30 days, but the milestone does not establish broader user adoption or payment activity.

Sui Dollar (USDsui) circulating supply has reached $80.02 million, highlighting growth in the stablecoin’s ecosystem while leaving broader user adoption and payment activity unproven.
USDsui supply increased 8.02% over 30 days. Sui’s total stablecoin market capitalization stood at $488.73 million, with USD Coin (USDC) accounting for 64.23%. The network’s decentralized finance value locked was approximately $522.47 million.
Supply measures how many tokens are in circulation. It does not show how many people hold USDsui, how frequently the token moves or whether it is being used for payments instead of being held in decentralized finance pools.
USDsui launched on the Sui mainnet on March 4, 2026, through Bridge, a Stripe company. It was made available through wallets and applications including Slush, Bluefin, Cetus, NAVI, Scallop and Suilend. The launch marked the beginning of Sui’s payments journey.
Sui has since expanded initiatives involving data infrastructure, tokenized assets and stablecoin-related activity. The Sui Foundation announced a $30 million investment in the DATA Network on Oct. 12, 2026. The network is moving its protocol and Trace registry to Sui.
Trace had registered more than 250 million contributions and processed more than 3 million receipts per day on average as of Oct. 12, 2026. The migration is intended to bring data infrastructure supporting artificial intelligence applications into the Sui ecosystem.
Sui is also working with OpenAssets on the Open Tokenized Asset Standard, which is governed through Linux Foundation Decentralized Trust. The standard is intended to support identity, compliance, ownership and settlement across financial systems.
Stablecoin yield funds daily open-market SUI purchases, and the purchased tokens are reinvested into the ecosystem. The available figures do not establish how much this mechanism has contributed to USDsui demand or user growth.
The milestone shows that USDsui circulating supply has increased within Sui’s ecosystem. It does not, on its own, prove wider end-user adoption, payment activity or sustained demand for SUI.
Earlier coverage examined USDsui’s availability on Sui wallets and decentralized finance applications.
