JLL Income Property Trust Declares $0.0525 Monthly Dividend

The distribution will be paid Oct. 27 to shareholders of record Oct. 22, when the shares also trade ex-dividend.

JLL Income Property Trust declared a monthly dividend of $0.0525 per share Tuesday, keeping the distribution unchanged from its previous payout.

The fund will pay shareholders Oct. 27. Investors must be recorded by Oct. 22 to qualify for the distribution, and the shares will trade ex-dividend on the same date.

The dividend carries a forward yield of 5.49%.
