Agree Realty Raises Monthly Dividend 3.4% to $0.271 a Share

The real estate investment trust will pay the higher distribution Nov. 13 to shareholders of record Oct. 30.

Agree Realty (NYSE: ADC) raised its monthly dividend to $0.271 per share from $0.262, increasing the distribution by 3.4% and setting a forward yield of 4.97%.

The real estate investment trust designated Oct. 30 as both the record date and ex-dividend date. Shareholders recorded by that date will qualify for the higher payment.

Agree Realty will distribute the dividend Nov. 13.
