Realty Income declared a monthly dividend of $0.2715 per share Tuesday, Oct. 13, keeping its payout unchanged as the company schedules its next distribution for Nov. 13.

Shareholders recorded by Oct. 30 will qualify for the payment. The same date is set as the stock’s ex-dividend date.

The dividend carries a forward yield of 5.92%.
