Kinetik Holdings Inc. (KNTK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.81 per share, with payment scheduled for Oct. 30 and the payout remaining in line with the previous dividend.

Shareholders must be on record by Oct. 23 to receive the distribution. The same date is the stock’s ex-dividend date.

The dividend carries a forward yield of 5.83%.
