KBR, Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.165 per share, with the payment scheduled for Jan. 15, 2027.

The dividend is in line with the previous payment. Shareholders of record Dec. 15 will be eligible to receive it, and Dec. 15 is also the ex-dividend date.
