CBL Properties declared a quarterly dividend of $0.625 per share, keeping its payout in line with the previous quarter and setting the payment date for Dec. 31.

Shareholders of record Dec. 14 will qualify for the dividend. Dec. 14 is also the ex-dividend date.

The distribution has a forward yield of 5.27%.
