Barclays initiated Overweight coverage of Alcoa and Kaiser Aluminum, setting price targets of $55 and $180, respectively, as the bank expects the global aluminum market to remain tight through the rest of 2026.

The ratings reflect Barclays’ constructive near-term outlook for aluminum. Its tight-market view is limited to the remainder of the year.
