Ether (ETH) fell 2.75% over four hours to $2,355 at 11:47 p.m. ET Oct. 14 (03:47 UTC Oct. 15) in the Binance ETH/USDT spot market. The reading was $67 lower than the $2,422 price recorded four hours earlier.

During the same one-hour window, liquidation totals across Binance, Bybit and OKX included $3.64 million in long positions and $1.15 million in short positions. Long liquidations exceeded short liquidations by $2.49 million. The one-hour tally covers a shorter period than the four-hour price comparison.

Ether ranked second among crypto assets by market capitalization, at about $288.18527 billion. The price reading came from Binance’s ETH/USDT spot market, while the liquidation totals combined activity across three exchanges. The figures capture separate measures: a four-hour move in one spot pair and a one-hour liquidation tally across Binance, Bybit and OKX. The market-cap figure provides scale for Ether but is separate from both the price change and liquidation tally.
