Stellar Lumens (XLM) Trade Below 200-Day Average as Band Readings Diverge

At 3:48 a.m. ET, XLM was $0.1796, below its $0.1823 200-day average but above the $0.1771 lower band. A later snapshot rounded all three readings to $0.18.

Stellar Lumens (XLM) fell 5.95% over 24 hours to about $0.18 by 4 a.m. ET (08:00 UTC) Oct. 15, while a separate, more precise snapshot showed it below the 200-day average but above the lower Bollinger Band.

At 3:48 a.m. ET (07:48 UTC), XLM was $0.1796, compared with a $0.1823 200-day simple moving average and a $0.1771 lower Bollinger Band. By 4 a.m., the price and both indicators were rounded to $0.18, so that snapshot did not establish whether XLM touched the band.

The 4 a.m. reading listed the seven-day simple moving average at $0.19, the 20-day at $0.21 and the 50-day at $0.20. The 12-day and 26-day exponential moving averages were each $0.20. The relative strength index was 37.56; Stochastic %K was 7.84 and %D was 6.27, both below the conventional 20 threshold for an oversold reading.

The chart levels place immediate resistance at $0.19. A downside scenario identifies $0.17 as support if XLM posts a daily close below $0.18. An alternative scenario requires the price to hold near $0.18 and regain $0.19; these are conditional levels, not assured outcomes.

Lumens are Stellar’s native currency and are used for network transaction fees and minimum-balance requirements. On Oct. 7, XLM saw conflicting price readings near $0.20.
