Arbitrum’s ARB token fell 7.99% to $0.17 by 4:19 a.m. ET (08:19 UTC) Oct. 15, while an earlier market snapshot also showed a decline.

ARB is the governance token used for voting in ArbitrumDAO. The DAO’s governance contracts operate on Arbitrum One, an Ethereum layer-2 rollup.
