Cirrus Logic (CRUS) shares fell 2.2% in premarket trading Oct. 15 after KeyBanc downgraded the chipmaker over concerns tied to Apple’s iPhone unit outlook.

KeyBanc viewed cuts to Apple (AAPL) iPhone units as pointing to a likely decline in unit sales in 2027.
