Hyperliquid (HYPE) Rises 3.88% in One Hour to $81.17 on Binance

Hyperliquid (HYPE) rose 3.88% in the hour through 10:50 a.m. ET (14:50 UTC) Oct. 15, reaching $81.17 on Binance’s HYPE/USDT spot market, while its 24-hour gain stood at 1.69%.

Binance’s HYPE/USDT spot market price was $78.14 one hour earlier, making the increase to $81.17 $3.03. The 3.88% change compares the $81.17 snapshot price with that earlier $78.14 quote. The 24-hour figure reflects a separate comparison window and was positive as well.

During the same hour, liquidations on Binance, Bybit and OKX totaled $60,000 in longs and $300,000 in shorts. The short-side total was five times the long-side amount, based on those figures. The liquidation totals cover the same one-hour window as the price comparison.

HYPE ranked 11th by market capitalization at about $17.96 billion in the snapshot. Taken together, the snapshot showed a sharper one-hour gain than the 1.69% recorded over 24 hours, alongside higher short than long liquidations.
