TriplePoint Venture Growth BDC Corp. declared a $0.23-per-share quarterly dividend, unchanged from the prior quarter, payable Dec. 30.

Shareholders of record on Dec. 16 will qualify for the dividend. Dec. 16 is also the ex-dividend date. The distribution carries a forward yield of 20.26%.
