Pump.fun’s native token, PUMP, closed at $0.004534 on OKX on Oct. 15, about 32% below its Oct. 7 high of $0.006664. At 8:25 p.m. ET Oct. 15 (12:25 a.m. UTC Oct. 16), the composite price was $0.004524.

The Oct. 13 token burn removed 192.3 million PUMP, about 0.019% of the one trillion-token supply. Cumulative burns reached 171.96 billion PUMP, equal to 17.196% of total supply, with $486.14 million deployed.

The program directs 50% of revenue to open-market PUMP purchases and burns for one year beginning Apr. 28, 2026. In April, Pump.fun cut the share of net protocol fees allocated to buybacks from 100% to 50%, reserving the rest for hiring, marketing and acquisitions. The change was covered in an earlier review of Pump.fun’s 30-day revenue and buyback spending.

PUMP holders have no right to platform revenue or other distributions. The terms allow future purchases to be changed, suspended or discontinued, except for purchases programmed before Apr. 29, 2026.

Revenue and buyback totals on Pump.fun’s fee dashboard have been inaccurate since the platform added custom pairs.
