JPMorgan Sets Dec. 1 Payment for $0.296875 Series GG Dividend

The quarterly distribution JPMorgan declared for Series GG is $0.296875 per depositary share, payable Dec. 1; the preferred stock carries a 4.75% rate.

Holders must be on record at the close of business Nov. 2 to qualify. Each depositary share represents one-four-hundredth of an underlying preferred share.

Series GG dividends are payable quarterly in arrears when declared and are noncumulative. The depositary shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol JPM PR J.
