Crypto Market Logs $234 Million in Liquidations Over 24 Hours

Long positions accounted for $118 million and shorts $116 million. Ether liquidations totaled $62.6790 million.

Crypto contract positions worth $234 million were liquidated over a 24-hour period. Long positions accounted for $118 million, while short positions accounted for $116 million, a $2 million difference between the two sides of the market.

Bitcoin (BTC) liquidations totaled $57.4177 million. Ether (ETH) liquidations reached $62.6790 million; together, the two figures amount to just over half of the marketwide total.

The largest single liquidation was valued at $7.4305 million and involved Binance-ETHUSDT.
