An Arbitrum price model puts the token’s October 2026 range below its Oct. 16 UTC daily close while projecting a $1.28 average for 2030, underscoring how far its near-term estimate sits from the observed price.

For October 2026, the model gives ARB a range of $0.0750 to $0.1001 and an average of $0.0809. The Oct. 16 UTC daily close was $0.191161, nearly twice the range’s upper end. The model does not explain this gap or describe its method for producing long-range estimates.

Its table places 2029 at $0.8807 to $1.06, averaging $0.9124, so only the upper part of the range rises above $1. For 2030, the table lists a $1.24 to $1.52 range and a $1.28 average; even the lower end is above $1. It projects a $2.55 to $3 range and a $2.64 average for 2032. One passage in the forecast’s prose gives the 2030 high as $1.51, while the table lists $1.52. The 2026 table average is $0.1822, while accompanying prose gives $0.21.

A model average and range differ from a single price target. This projection is separate from the Standard Chartered outlook discussed in TokenPost’s earlier coverage of ARB’s long-term outlook.

ARB is a governance token that gives holders voting power over proposals, including chain upgrades and treasury use. That role does not make ARB the fee currency on Arbitrum One: transactions on the network require Ether (ETH) for gas. This separates the token’s governance use from the network’s transaction-fee currency.

Arbitrum began with a supply of 10 billion ARB, and its DAO may approve new minting of up to 2% of supply per year through a proposal. Team, contributor and investor allocations began unlocking on March 16, 2024, one year after token generation, with monthly unlocks scheduled over the following three years. A separate Foundation allocation follows a four-year vesting schedule that began April 17, 2023. Those schedules describe when tokens become available; they do not establish whether recipients sold them.

The forecast does not show how governance rights, gas demand or token unlocks feed into its price estimates. It is an editorial projection, not an Arbitrum DAO price target.
