ARKG Sells Personalis, Adds Freenome as ARK Buys Rocket Lab
ARKG also added 29,416 Scribe Therapeutics shares; Rocket Lab’s first Neutron launch is now expected in 2027.

The ARK Genomic Revolution ETF (ARKG) sold 670,746 shares of Personalis, Inc. (PSNL) and bought 254,668 Freenome shares on Oct. 16. The fund also acquired 29,416 shares of Scribe Therapeutics. Separately, ARK funds bought 168,633 Rocket Lab shares on Oct. 15.
The trades followed a separate Oct. 14 session in which ARK increased its CoreWeave position and reduced its Palantir holdings.
Personalis is subject to a proposed acquisition by Tempus for $16.25 per share. The antitrust waiting period expired at 11:59 p.m. ET Oct. 2 (03:59 UTC Oct. 3); shareholder approval and other closing conditions remained. Freenome develops blood-based screening tests aimed at detecting cancer early.
Rocket Lab’s Neutron first-launch target moved to 2027 after voids were found in a forward dome for the rocket’s first-stage tank. A replacement dome, inspections and more testing are needed before the company sets a more specific target. Rocket Lab founder and CEO Sir Peter Beck said, “Those customers understand that a reliable rocket is far more valuable than an early one.”
Rocket Lab’s second-quarter 2026 revenue was $234 million. Its backlog stood at $2.36 billion as of June 30, up 137% from a year earlier, and included launch and space-systems work covering more than 90 launches. Personalis shareholder approval and other closing conditions remain steps in the proposed Tempus acquisition.
