Binance’s NVDAUSDT is an equity perpetual contract tied to NVIDIA common stock. It settles in USDT and trades 24/7, so its quote can change while U.S. stock markets are closed. The contract’s price is a separate trading reference from the regular-session share close, and the product is not described as a tokenized NVIDIA share.
