Arete lifted its AMD stock target to $612 from $540 on Oct. 16, a new valuation marker that coincided with a 5.95% decline in the shares that session.

AMD closed at $528.75, down $33.48, at 4 p.m. ET (20:00 UTC) Friday, Oct. 16. The target applies to the company’s listed common stock.

AMDUSDT, a Binance perpetual derivative settled in USDT, is a separate instrument designed to track AMD stock. It trades around the clock, so its trading schedule differs from the regular-session close used for AMD shares. The analyst target is for AMD common stock, not the derivative.

AMD reported $11.5 billion in revenue for its fiscal second quarter, which ended June 27. Its Data Center business generated $6.7 billion, up 107% from a year earlier.

AMD Chair and CEO Dr. Lisa Su said, “We enter the second half with strong momentum as EPYC demand accelerates, Instinct deployments scale and Helios begins to ramp.”

The company is scheduled to report fiscal third-quarter results Nov. 3 after the market close.
