The hourly gain is larger than the 24-hour change in this snapshot, but the percentages cover different windows. The 2.14% figure compares the quote with the price one hour earlier; the 0.26% figure measures the change over 24 hours. At $1.29, the quote was three cents above the earlier $1.26 level.
