The transfer was a single incoming transaction; it does not establish Binance’s net USDT flow.

Binance received 38.2412 million Tether USDt (USDT) in a single transfer from an unidentified wallet on Oct. 19, a transaction that records an inflow but does not show the exchange’s net USDT movement.

On Oct. 18, Binance recorded a 32.7362 million USDT net outflow over one hour. A net outflow means more USDT left the exchange than entered during the measured period.

The figures measure different things: the Oct. 18 total compared funds entering and leaving over an hour, while the Oct. 19 figure covers one incoming transfer. TokenPost previously covered Binance’s one-hour net outflow of 32.7362 million USDT.
