Ark Invest Buys $25.9 Million in CoreWeave Shares, Trims Two Holdings

Ark Invest bought $25.9 million of CoreWeave shares, the largest dollar amount among four listed purchases, as the firm adjusted positions across technology and biotechnology companies.

The other purchases were $24.4 million in Meta Platforms shares, $17.6 million in Recursion Pharmaceuticals shares and $16.3 million in Cerebras shares. Ark also reduced its Personalis and Toast holdings.

Ark's Oct. 14 CoreWeave purchase involved 188,665 shares as the stock fell 15.46% that day. Separately, a selloff in CoreWeave debt pushed its bonds below 80 cents per $1 of face value, with their yield approaching 15%.
