Aave Snapshot Shows Price Below Short-Term Averages on Oct. 19
AAVE was $8.41 above its lower Bollinger Band in the Oct. 19 snapshot, a smaller gap than its $9.98 daily volatility measure.

Aave (AAVE) was priced at $153.27 in an Oct. 19 technical snapshot, below its seven- and 20-day moving averages, while its gap to the lower Bollinger Band was smaller than a measure of recent daily price movement.
The price was $8.41 above the lower Bollinger Band of $144.86. Its 14-day average true range (ATR) was $9.98, exceeding that gap by $1.57. ATR measures the size of recent daily moves, not their direction.
AAVE was below its seven-day moving average of $154.98 and its 20-day average of $166.22. It was above its 50-day average of $147.92. The mix places the quoted price below the shorter-term averages but above the longer-term one.
Stochastic %K stood at 17.42 and %D at 13.94. Both were below 20, a conventional oversold threshold. Those readings do not establish that the price has reversed course.
An Oct. 18 review of AAVE’s technical indicators also covered its position below short-term averages and its oversold stochastic readings. That day’s figures placed AAVE at $152.82, or $6.37 above its $146.45 lower Bollinger Band, against a $10.06 ATR. The lower-band gap was smaller than ATR in both sets of figures.
AAVE is used in governance of the Aave lending protocol.
