Binance offers two separate products tied to Netflix shares ahead of the company’s planned third-quarter results Tuesday: a perpetual futures contract that tracks the share price and a tokenized security traded on its spot market.

The NFLXUSDT futures contract settles in Tether USDt (USDT). Binance launched it June 9 with listed trading hours that run around the clock. The contract tracks the price of Netflix shares; it is not a share of the company.

Binance added NFLXB/USDT to its spot market Aug. 5. NFLXB is a tokenized security issued by BTech Holdings Limited. Holding the token does not give a buyer direct ownership of Netflix shares. Binance’s bStocks offering, which includes NFLXB, is unavailable to U.S. persons.

The product names describe different instruments: NFLXUSDT is the futures contract, while NFLXB/USDT is the spot trading pair. The $70-to-$100 analyst targets in an earlier review of Netflix share price targets concerned Netflix shares, not either Binance product.

Netflix plans to post its third-quarter 2026 results Tuesday, Oct. 20, at approximately 4:01 p.m. ET (20:01 UTC).
