The Chainlink Reserve accumulated 431,900 Chainlink (LINK) tokens over 30 days while U.S. spot LINK exchange-traded funds posted a one-session outflow, putting two different measures of activity in focus.

The reserve addition was valued at $5.41 million. The ETFs recorded a $397,256 net outflow on Oct. 16, reversing a $12,157 net inflow on Oct. 15. The reserve figure covers a month of accumulation; the ETF outflow covers one trading session.

The reserve held 6.29 million LINK. Chainlink’s Payment Abstraction system converts offchain enterprise revenue and onchain service fees into LINK held in an Ethereum smart contract. Withdrawals from the contract are subject to a multiday timelock.

The Oct. 16 ETF outflow does not establish how fund flows compared with reserve additions across the same 30 days.
