entropy.io Buys MOONSHOT Ticker on Hyperliquid for About $46,000
HIP-3 builders must stake 500,000 HYPE to deploy a market. The ticker purchase did not include a MOONSHOT contract launch.

entropy.io bought the MOONSHOT ticker for a potential Hyperliquid perpetual futures market, paying 574.98 HYPE, about $46,068, without establishing that a MOONSHOT contract had opened for trading.
The purchase was disclosed Monday, Oct. 19. No contract launch date or trading start accompanied it. The approximate dollar value describes the ticker payment; acquiring the ticker is separate from deploying a market.
Under HIP-3, builders can create perpetual futures markets on Hyperliquid. They define the contracts and provide the oracle prices used to run them. A builder must stake 500,000 HYPE to deploy a HIP-3 market on mainnet, separate from any payment for its ticker.
The price was close to Paragon’s separate PAPER ticker purchase. Paragon paid 570.98 HYPE, about $45,000, for that HIP-3 code. Both purchases secured ticker codes, while the MOONSHOT disclosure provided no details of a live contract.
