Aster has opened pre-launch perpetual-contract trading tied to PAPER with leverage of up to 3x, giving traders a derivatives market linked to Papertrade’s HyperEVM platform.

The Aster product is a contract tied to PAPER, not a listing of transferable PAPER tokens. Its 3x cap applies to positions in that contract.

Papertrade is a synthetic perpetuals platform on HyperEVM. It mints PAPER for eligible trades that close at a loss and for eligible liquidations. PAPER has no premine or allocation for the team or venture capital investors.

Aster is a decentralized perpetuals exchange formed through the combination of APX Finance and Astherus. Its new contract brings trading tied to PAPER to the exchange.
